What Does the ON-TIME way mean?
At Aspen One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning we are all about our customers time. The One Hour part of our name means that we promise you, our client, that we will arrive at at your home within the scheduled time window. If our technician does not show up at your home on time, you do not pay for the service.
We offer three different options for scheduling appointments:
- Express Window - The express window is a guarantee that we will arrive at your home between 8:30 am - 9:30 am or between 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
- Reserved Window - The reserved window is a guarantee that we will arrive at your home between 8-10am, 10am - 12pm, 1-3pm, or 3-5pm
- Standard Window - The standard window is a guarantee the we will arrive at your home between 8am-12pm or 1pm - 5pm
- After-Hours Window - After Hours calls are handled in the order that they are received. We do not make any on time guarantees after hours. Aspen One Hour does not charge overtime for an after hours service call.
Each of these options carries a separate diagnostic fee.
